planner enfants fr
From €67.00
A detailed daily schedule to structure the full day: time slots, task lists, free space. Ideal for children who thrive on structure and clear routines.
A children's daily planner structures the day hour by hour. Unlike the weekly planner which gives a macro view, the daily planner dives into the detail of a single day: morning, afternoon and evening slots, priority task list, notes space and a "highlight of the day" moment. Ideal for anxious children or those who need lots of time structure.
From age 6-7 for simplified versions (morning/afternoon/evening + 3 tasks). From age 9-10 for versions with detailed time slots. Pictogram versions can be used from age 4 with parental support.
The night before is recommended: it mentally prepares your child for their day and reduces morning anxiety. A 5-minute bedtime ritual is enough to plan the next day.
Yes — it's particularly recommended. The visual hour-by-hour structure helps children with ADHD to anchor themselves in the present and manage transitions between activities. Choose versions with tick boxes.
The daily planner suits children who need lots of detail and daily structure. The weekly planner is better for more independent children who just want an overview of their week. The two can complement each other.
Start simple: only 3 priority tasks per day. Don't overload the planner — an overwhelmed child gives up quickly. Include "fun" moments (drawing, games, reading) as much as school tasks. The golden rule: the planner must feel like an ally, never a cage.
